(a) to import and export of (spare) parts for vessels

(a) to act as a vessel prote ctive agency, by inter alia to maintain:

– Cargo and spare parts custom clearance;
– Cargo handling in port (stevedoring);
– Launch services to vessel and other areas pof port;
– Fresh water supply to vessel;
– CTM to Master;
– Garbage sludge and slop disposal;
– Storage and ware housing arrangements;

(b) to arrange and support crew c hanges an superintendent visits, consisting of (to maintain):

– Visas, Immigration / Port pass customs clearance;
– Crew transport by roads, launches and supply boats;
– Agency services for logistics of visit and support during visits;
– Official repatriation on urgent basis, medical evacuation;
– Medical assistance and hospital;
– Hotel accommodation / booking in the ports and city area

(c) to provide store, provision and technical supplies, such as:

– Workshop for technical repairs;
– Support for workshop, including spares and stores supply;
– Fabrication and repairs to vessels in port or at anchorage;
– Repairs to all type of pumps;
– Engine valves repair and overhauling;
– Deck items repairs;
– Repair and maintenance to all types of boilers;
– Deck and engine room and ships side steel hull and structures maintenance;
– Staging and scaffolding;
– Cleaning of cargo tanks, ballast tanks, engine room and bilges;
– Rigging for various support during maintenance;
– Ship conversion activities, double hull, hull extension, tanker vessels conversion;
– Calibration of vessel instruments;

(d) to provide marine engineering services and marine project manage ment, including (to act as):

– On-hire andoff-hire bunker survey;
– Oil / gas / chemical cargo;
– Surveys for quantity and quality;
– Dry cargo inspections, cargo and draft surveys;
– Vessel condition surveys;
– Expert witness / investigation;
– ISM audits, pre audit and nav audits / flag surveys;
– Pre-purchase / sale;
– Towing inspections and certifications;
– Accident / damage investigations;
– Claim settling and recovery;
– Hull and machinery surveys and repair supervision;
– Cargo damage assessment;
– P & I club representation;
– compass adjustment;

(e) to provide expediting for dry & tanker vessels operations;

– conducting sts audits;

(f) the import and export of goods, including:

– Ships supplies (Food,Non-Food, Spare parts, Equipment, Medical suppliesetcetera);
– Food items;
– Non-Food items;
– Handicrafts;
– Textile;
– Home décor items;
– Un-stitched fabrics;-Imitation Jewellery;
– Ethnic footwear;
– Ethnic hand bags and other materials;
– Readymade garments;

(h) to render services in the field of marketing and trading;

(i) the incorporation of, as well as the participation into interests and/or the acquisition of interests by other means, the managing and monitoring of interests, providing of loans and credits to interests and also, on the request of interests, providing of collateral for the purpose of provided loans and credits by third parties, the management and investment of funds and oth er assets, including the provisioning of severance payments, life insurance and pensions and attracting of property;
